01

Protected time

The calendar reflects what actually matters, not whoever asked last.

02

Prepared decisions

You walk into every meeting with the context, not chasing it afterward.

03

What comes off your plate

Not a fixed job description: a working partnership that adapts to what your week actually needs.

Where I create the most leverage

Workflow automation

The systems running quietly in the background so nothing depends on memory or a manual step someone has to remember to do.

  • Tool & app automation (Zapier, Make, and similar)
  • Recurring workflow & template systems
  • AI-assisted drafting, research & reporting

Operating rhythm

The cadence of your week: set, protected, and adjusted before it becomes a problem.

  • Inbox & calendar management
  • Meeting prep & follow-up
  • Travel & event coordination

Documentation & agreements

The paper trail behind every decision: organized, current, and easy to hand off.

  • Document management
  • Contracts & agreements
  • Research & reporting

Stakeholder coordination

Every relationship your work depends on, tracked, tended, and never left waiting.

  • Stakeholder management
  • Vendor & hiring support
  • Personal & household coordination
Approach

Three steps to a working partnership

01

Start the conversation

A short intro call about your role, how your week actually runs, and where the friction really is.

02

Scope the partnership

We define what's on and off your plate, working hours, tools, and how we'll communicate, then agree the arrangement.

03

Operate at altitude

Onboarding into your tools and context, then ongoing support that gets sharper the longer we work together.

About

Everest

I'm an executive assistant with 7+ years of experience across executive support, recruitment and HR operations, and real estate client experience. Most recently, I supported the Chief Scientific Officer of a biotech company end-to-end: inbox, calendar, communications, and the operational detail that let leadership stay focused on the business rather than the logistics around it.

I'm currently completing an MBA, and I work daily inside the same tools your team already runs on (including AI tools) to move faster without cutting corners.

Questions

Before you reach out

Where are you based, and what hours do you work?
I'm based in Nairobi, Kenya, and I work core US Eastern and US Pacific hours, so overlap with a North American team isn't a problem. If your hours look different, tell me: availability is one of the first things we scope on a call.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Confidentiality is table stakes for this kind of work. I'm glad to sign an NDA before we start, and everything I see or handle (inboxes, financials, personal matters) is treated as strictly confidential, full stop.
What tools do you work in?
Google Workspace; project tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Notion; Slack or Teams; and AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT, which I use daily to move faster without cutting corners.
How does pricing work?
Every partnership is scoped individually around the hours and scope you actually need, so there isn't a one-size-fits-all rate published here. Book an intro call and I'll put a proposal together once we've talked.
What if it's not the right fit?
Then we'll both know quickly, and there's no obligation from a first conversation. A short call is the fastest way to find out either way.

Let's talk about what's actually on your plate.
